Pittsburgh Restaurant

An example of tough

In Arizona, United States, the name 'Joe Arpaio' inspires terror in some, specifically between criminals and outlaws illegal. Known as the West's toughest sheriff, Arpaio is from 1992 imposed the order in Maricopa County (Arizona) with a course of action designed to adequately punish the deserving.

Arpaio
With no mercy or leniency: anyone who is caught in flagrante delicto committing a felony, regardless of its nature, becomes part of a conglomerate of prisoners which is sometimes forced to do hard work together with all chains, under the hot Arizona sun, where temperatures can reach 120 degrees Fahrenheit (48.9 degrees Celsius) or more in the summer. Thus, shackled and in prison with their costumes, paint buildings, clean streets and even make excavations in the cemeteries.

Arpaio is widely known for launching in 1993 a sort of temporary prison consisting of canvas tents in the sun, where the heat is simply unbearable. Today, nearly two thousand convicts serve their sentences there. However, what is most striking is the fact that on its website, http://www.mcso.org/ , a gallery of arrests of the day (along with his record) and invites the public to select their favorite criminal. The most votes portrait occupies a prominent place of honor on the site.

may seem a joke, but Arpaio defends these actions by saying that all of society benefits from Maricopa know the face of these criminals and is also a way to give them a say in matters of public safety.

Some will read this article and think that Joe Arpaio is nothing more than a bully who mistreats prisoners viciously step and trampling their dignity. In fact, Arpaio is a favorite target of organizations that are dedicated to defending human rights and, indeed, public opinion is divided on their actions. Some believe that this tough policy is really effective, because anyone not want to be in that situation. Others insist the issue of human rights.

you really should take into account the human rights of criminals, rapists and criminals? What about people who are victim of these elements? Who defends?

may be convenient to take a couple of these ideas here, to see if it brings some benefit to prisoners and end the mess that often occurs in prisons. Some order we could use.
